Tobias leads our creative department and makes sure that our work doesn't just follow culture but creates culture. Tobias is the recipient of honors and awards at Cannes Lions, Eurobest as well as many other Danish and international advertising awards and he is therefore always invited to judge both Danish and international advertising awards.

Tobias's first encounter with advertising was writing a thesis at the University of Copenhagen, quoting Plato and Aristotle to argue that the more adverts there are, the better the world would be. He got a C. Since then Tobias has been a copywriter, an agency owner and a creative director at various top level agencies in Denmark. Always on the lookout for the smart ideas that wins both hearts and minds.
